I have ordered a dress from Vatrova.com. This company has delivered a wrong item instead of what I have ordered. Then I have searched for the their return policy. They asked to send the mail to <care.vastrova@gmail.com> for return queries. Then I have sent a mail asking for the return process. they asked to send the received dress photo. I have replied with all the details along with the order ID, received product image. Then after there is no response from them. It is a big cheating company. From four days there is no response from them. I have lost Rs.****.
By seeing their mail domain, they are using gmail, they don't even have a company mail domain.
Please help me in getting my money back and then circulate this company name so that others will not lose like this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
