I order a product from urbanic app, and they delivered a wrong product. I requested for return, it has ** days since i requested for return but I am not getting any response from them. First they sent me wrong product and now they are not listening to my problem.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
