Flipkart. com - Wrong Product delivered

I was out of town when the product was delivered. I came back only on Dec *th and to my astonishment the product was a completely different one. It was an inferior product which was half the price and also it was defective. When I contacted Flipkart, they said they have a ** day policy after which they don't entertain any complaints or refunds. But I reported it as soon as I saw it. This is a complete scam by Flipkart and it's seller to dupe the customers and get away with it within ** day window. The product I received was Sony HBD-TZ***, which is similar looking but less than half the price of the product which I ordered and also the one of the connections of the speaker isn't working. This scam should be prevented. They try to do this and sometimes get away with it and sometimes they don't. This shouldn't happen to others. The seller should be punished and so should Flipkart for failing to take action against the seller. Also the product should be replaced.
