Charanjit Singh Khurana filed complaint against MEESHO RESELLER CO on Jul 1, 2021

We ordered Nesscafe classic coffee *** gm package for Rs. ***/- Instead we received ** gm package showing MRP as Rs ***/- . On the app when we are trying to return / exchange the product , it is being shown - For this product there is no facility of Return or Exchange. We lodged complain with customer care umpteen time . Some times they disconnect , some times they say that Return / exchange facility will be activated soon but they have done nothing. When we sent the mail they say now they are not accepting complaints on Mails . Either they should exchange the product or refund .
