Sai Jyothi Bhumireddy filed complaint against Meesho App on May 28, 2021
I have ordered a product(saree) from the meesho app and on **-**-**** my order got delivered but the product I received is completely different from the saree I ordered. From that day I have been trying to return the order but on the order page I am not getting the return option and also I have been trying to contact customer service from the day I received the wrong product but it is not connecting and even tried contacting them through the mail but their mailing service is closed. The product I received really the worst one no one there is his difference between the product I ordered and the one I received. I shopped on meesho for the first time Shopping and it is the worst experience I had in online shoppong. I want to return the product and it would be great if I get help with this issue.
