I ordered a product with Order #********* for my customer on ** May from vendor Paheli Ethnics and it was showing in the app that they are delaying it due to covid situation but it delivered on time . After opening the package it was completely a different product and when i wanted to return , it showed that product has returned to the supplier although the product has been delivered to my customer and no option of retrn ,exchange,refund is there. I have tried to connect with the customer care of Meesho multiple times but every time I am not getting satisfactory response from them even I am not receiving any response of my email. Please help me to return the product and intatite the refund.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
