I got the wrong product delivered.The delivered product was totally different from the actual product shown. This is what the trust you show us. When I placed return the request is getting cancelled. I need my refund for this product. Delivering the cheap products which was totally different from the original picture which wad displayed. Please take the serious action upon this. I need my refund as soon as possible. I was waiting for the return and how suppose it will be cancelled. Breaking the customer's trust. This is what you are gaining money?
Here I am attaching the images which was delivered and which was shown. I need strict action on this. Revert ASAP.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
