I had ordered sennheiser cx ***s black earphones on snapdeal on **/**/** and delivery date was **/**/**. Now I received a mail by snapdeal on **/**/**** saying that your ordered has been cancelled on date **/**/****.
In between that delhivery.com courier service had messaged me that my product is out for delivery and i received the product and i paid **** Rs. to that delivery boy. Product that i have received is wrong product. Now i have tried to contact snapdeal, they are saying the product was not dispatched by them.
and after that i have tried to contact delhivery.com courier service around ** times and i am asking them to give me seller details and they are saying that they don't have any details of seller. also they are saying me to contact snapdeal.
Then i have tried to contact snapdeal again and they are saying your computer has been hacked and my information has been leaked and they can't do anything on this matter.
Even i have tried to search seller details on internet and there is no as such seller by that name.
So please suggest me, what should i do...???
