Lopamudra filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 24, 2021
On *th January, I received my package. When I opened it, I found it wasn't the same coat that I had ordered for. On that day itself, I filed a return request. The next day I called up the customer care and I was told not to return the parcel as the matter had been escalated. Accordingly, I did.
Today is **/*/****. I had been following up all these days. Every day I was told that the matter has been escalated. The final solution yesterday says that the package cannot be returned as they still claim that they had sent me the same one which I had ordered for . There must have been a tampering on the way. Is it possible??? How ridiculous! Please help
