Bata - Wrong Product delivered
SEEMA JAISWAL filed complaint against Bata on Jan 20, 2021
I ordered a Bata Sandal on Dec **th, I received a different slipper on **st Dec (mode of pay COD Rs. ***) complaint against the same to return/exchange/refund. But no action was taken against it, it been ** days now.
Please help!
