Bata - nayka is big froud company they send me wrong products and not accept return

I ordered a Bata Women’s Flipflop from Nykaa. I was surprised to see the price was much lower compared to other marketplaces, so I decided to try Nykaa for the first time.

However, when the product arrived, I was shocked — the product image shown on Nykaa and the actual product delivered were completely different. I immediately tried to return it, but my complaint was rejected. Nykaa claimed that their backend team checked and confirmed they had sent the right product.

This is highly disappointing and feels like a clear case of misrepresentation. Rejecting a genuine complaint without proper investigation shows very poor customer service. Such practices make Nykaa look like a scam company.
