Flipkart - Wrong product delivered won't refund

I had placed order for * Amway calcium plus tablet bottles during big sale days of dusshera this year .I placed all of them as a single order and not different orders.However what I received was a single soap which I returned after raising a complaint.They have refunded amount only for one bottle and they say that refund is cancelled for other * items which are part of the same order.i fail to understand their logic.They wanted me to place a separate return request for each of the * items which are part of the same order.but i received only one single soap.how can i place * return requests when all i received was a single soap of rs **.They would not heed to my pleas and fail to refund my entire amount for no fault of mine.please take it seriously and try to resolve the matter
