After seen advertisement on Facebook I ordered one mobile i.e. Redmi note * online on STORE** and I made a payment through Sanghai Retails Network. My first transaction of Rs ****/- was failed but the amount was debited on dated ** March **** with order no-********, then again I made a payment of Rs. ****/-. It was also debited with order no-********. I called customer care many times for first payment refund but they were asking * days times for a refund. After waiting for */* days I have not received any refund. After that, I received my wrong order of local mobile phone worth Rs. ***/- instead of Redmi note * mobile. I made a returning request but now I am not able to contact the customer care. Please help me to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
