Store24 - Package not delivered

I had ordered Redmi * phone from store** website. I have paid ****.** Rs for that through my net banking on **/**/** but only got an SMS that your order is booked. Then, I waiting and waiting didn't get my order. Finally, I sent emails but got no reply. Given mobile no. always out of network area. Finally, I went to Patna at their given office address but there was no office.
