When i had ordered the product, it was Grey shoes. But I was delivered olive green colour shoes with no tag on shoes, just the label on the box and invoice. When i placed the return request, Nykaa Man had changed the colour of shoes on it's website & App and they ahve rejected my return request.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
