i ordered Amazfit Bip u smart watch on myntra, the product delivered was totally different. Immediately i contact the myntra customer service to solve the issue. They took ** days and simply say that there is no fault from their side and refused to refund or replace. They send message saying that "As per the packing footage, the correct product was sent to you. The product was delivered to in a sealed tamper proof packing". Simple question to them , if all went well where is my product
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
