Hi...I had ordered a Biba blue three piece suit duppatta plazzo set from Myntra of amount ****.** through net banking on ** April **** order no *******-*******-******* , it had a silk blue kurta with red duppatta and Brocade blue golden plazzo pants.I received the packet on ** April **** with three entirely different piece.A t-shirt in place of suit,a blue duppatta in place of red and a different plazzo.i registered my complain immediately and assured of resolution.But they send me a mail claiming they had send the right product with quality check.Since the day i am complaining again and again with no one to hear.I feel cheated.i even complain on consumer helpline with docket no ******.please help as I m really disappointed with the matter
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
