Meesho App filed complaint against Meesho App on Nov 27, 2020
I had placed an order for three products on meesho app for my customer. A bedsheet and two tops (pink and another white color).
My customer received a package on Nov ** which was originally received by their watchman amid this coronavirus issue. The delivery parcel mentioned that it contains a pink top inside however we found that it was a white top (this top was different from what we ordered), so we decided to return the product. However when I contacted the meesho customer service they said that the pink top is delivered and we will not refund its money. I had paid for the orders online. Instead of repetitive request to refund the amount it has not been done till date. This shows how consumers in India are being cheated.
Request you to help me get my refund back and also take some action against this fake app.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
