I ordered two fabrics from the site as they were offering **% discount on shopping for rs ***. But when i received the package one of the fabric was different. I asked them to change it. I emailed them so many times but they took a lot of time to respond back. Both the numbers provided on site are not available or switched off. I emailed around ** times. After talking so long time they agreed to pay only **% of one fabric but i want replacement or full refund to which they are not replying. I messaged on facebook messenger as well , they are not even replying there

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
