I have ordered * products from your website
*- wrong product delivered. Instead of roses some other cheap flowers were delivered and cake was not delivered as per description.
-they had informed refund of *** will be given till now that too not received. And why only *** cake also was wrongly delivered.
*- ordered a product on **th may for **st may delivery. It is a bday gift for someone. And till now not delivered.
Called the customer care but they said and i quote ‘ to read the description carefully’ and it will be delivered in *-* days and then the person just disconnected the call on my face whilst i was talking.
