Writing this regarding the product which I purchased from Pepperfry with order no ********* which is completely different than what is showing in the picture. The carpet quality and spikes are also not correct. We escalated the same to the customer service and they also agreed on the same, infact i also have the recording of the customer care executive confirming the same that he also feels that the color in the website is different (not white and beige)
But the return department has cancelled my return request as they don't find any difference in the color and quality. I am attaching the picture of the actual delivered product and the product’s picture on website for reference, request you to kindly look into my case and help me in getting my money refunded.
