Chaitrali Gaonkar filed complaint against Myntra on May 24, 2023
I ordered a red color sweater from Myntra and received a Dark Maroon colored sweater for which I initiated a return from delivering the wrong product now they are giving various reasons related to quality checks and rejection of my return without accepting that delivered the wrong product in the first place. They are deliberately trying to shove this purchase on me now.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
