Meesho - Wrong product delivered by Meesho and they are not taking return

A wrong product with order number: ************ was delivered. Later , request to return was declined thrice by the delivery boy providing a reason that was the reason for return, I.e., wrong product. Then the complaint was filed on help center and they ensured the return of wrong product but again delivery boy cancelled pick up. They are deliberately declining the return of wrong item.
