I ordered a Self-Moving Hair Curler from Kaalalifestyle on **th June **** (Order ID: KL*****) and received it on *th July via COD. I paid ₹**** for the item.
However, I received a completely different and lower-value product – a basic curling rod. This is a clear case of wrong product delivery and misleading advertising.
I contacted their support via email and Instagram with photo and video proof, but received no response. I also called their helpline numbers multiple times – no reply.
I registered a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No. *******), but still haven’t received any resolution from Kaalalifestyle.
This negligence has caused stress and financial loss. I am now escalating this to seek either:
*. A full refund of ₹****, OR
*. Delivery of the correct product I paid for
