Kaalalifestyle - Wrong product delivered and no response from seller

MANDEEP AULAKH filed complaint against Kaalalifestyle on Jul 9, 2025

I ordered a self-moving hair curler from Kaalalifestyle (Order ID: KL*****) on **th June ****. I received the parcel on *th July via COD and paid ₹****.
However, the product delivered was completely different — a basic curling rod, not the self-moving curler as advertised. I immediately contacted the seller via email and Instagram with photo and video proof, but received no response.

I also filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No: *******), but the seller still has not responded.

I request either:
*. A full refund of ₹****, OR
*. The correct product to be delivered immediately

If this is not resolved, I will proceed with legal action via E-Daakhil (consumer court). Please take this complaint seriously and resolve it urgently.
