Sir, I ordered a Power Bank from Meesho (Sub Order ID: ******************_*) worth Rs *,***. But they delivered a wrong cheap item (Earbuds). When I applied for a return, they rejected it multiple times as 'TC Fail' without any proper inspection. Now, they have completely closed the return request and removed the pickup option from my app. I am a farmer and this is my hard-earned money. I have already filed a complaint on National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No: *******). Please help me get my full refund of Rs *,*** from Meesho.
