I ordered one baby frock from meesho and in meesho application payable amount was shown as *** rs. But I got messages at the time of delivery that I need to pay *** rs. As I have not ordered anything with amount rs.*** so I cancelled the order but after that my actual order which payable amount was *** was cancelled and I got the call from meesho IVR that if I want to reatempt for the order delivery so I need to press * and I have press * and select reatempt option but still my order is returned to the supplier and just now I have checked that my balance has been deducted with amount rs. ** for the same order. I call customer care but they asked me that there is not any meesho balance deducted is showing on their systems so I will not get back my meesho balance so kindly refund my ** meesho balance + ** super coins OR reatempt for the delivery.
