Snapdeal.com - wrong product delivered and return not granted

Actually i ordered a white and black sweater of jack and Jones brand , upon delivery it came different product , grey and green coloured sweater of same company , i lodged a return request at the same time , talked to snapdeal representative , he apologized and initiated a return . the courier guy took the order back . after few days got a call from snapdeal they said u can't get refund and it can't be returned because the sweater does not meet quality test. Itold them u sent me wrong product and i didn't even open it . they didn listen and sent back the sweater saying there is a hole in front side of sweater . the sweater came to me , to my surprise there is no hole . its fine . this way they have done fraud .
