I had ordered Lee Cooper form brown shoes instead i received Brown boots , so immediately i placed a cancellation and attached the photo that wrong item delivered, they picked the item and from past * month i am following up with them over an email they are like in * days we will resolve and today after keeping their product with them for a month they are saying QC issue and hence they are not able to refund so they are sending back the product so whose fault here they send wrong product and they only fail QC... is this some new way of fooling consumers ,.....such cheap tricks to increase sale
