Lee Cooper - damaged sole of Shoes

i bought a pair of shoes by online from the company it gave same but different No-* in at the place of No-* and its sole were seemingly crack but it was polished just after two months of use it same was cracked at several places as if it was of plastic not of leather in both the sole. it hurt me a lot and breached by trust on brand.
