BOSCH Home Appliances - wrong product delivered and not accepting the product

Product ordered : Bosch to load washing machine WOE***D*IN
Product received : WOE***D*IN
I raised return within * days of delivery and it comes under policy .Received product on *rth July,**** raised return on *th July **** and that too it's a wrong product.
It's completely Flipkart failure and mistake to co ordinate with seller within time.
When I had call with Flipkart , I expressed same concern that what if Flipkart delayed the process and finally say ** days completed .and for that Flipkart representative said and confirmed it won't be like that you return request comes under policy only.

Now flipkart its updated that , it is rejected as per policy .
