I ordered a maroon saree on Meesho on **th September and received a totally wrong product on ** September. I opted for exchange on the app but it displayed that exchange will be approved upon delivery. I contacted the customer care the next day but they told me that since the app isn't showing the order is delivered the exchange can't be initiated now but I need not worry as sometimes delivery status is delayed but will be updated surely within ** hrs. But today even after so many days it's still not updated. I called them again they told me to send them mail with photographs of the wrong product and invoice attached. I did that but still received no reply from their side.
