Myntra - Wrong product delivered and exchange request declined

I had ordered * pairs of Nike Unisex Cushioned socks on Myntra.com with the Order no.: *******-*******-******* on the **st Dec ****. I received only * pair, that too a totally different item code with a different MRP on it. I have sent Myntra repeated emails and tweets on Twitter asking them to send me the correct item that I ordered or refund the amount charged. They have flatly refused to do so and are saying that it is not their fault if the vendor has sent something incorrect to me. This is my last attempt because as a consumer Myntra has cheated me of my money and sent me incorrect goods. Please tell me what am I supposed to do. A very very harassed customer.
