I have placed the order for a set of three paintings on ** sep ****. The product delivered on ** sep **** but it was not same that I have ordered. I raised a return request on the same day. The return didn't get approved even after two days because they need photo ID proof for return to get processed. It is mentioned no where in the return policy that I have to provide ID proof while returning the order. I reached to flipkart though emails, calls and tweets but no satisfactory answer provided. Even flipkart customer care executives are very rude and failed to give any updates.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
