I usually shop from Myntra. I have shopped amount ***** from Myntra and I am in icon tier in their app. I ordered a belt from tommy hilfiger priced **** in sale from myntra at a price of **** . The product I received was a dirty piece of crap(unbranded, damaged, stained,cloth belt in a dirty cardboard scent box from myntra ). I immediately showed it to the courier boy and he said it will get returned. After I raised the request , It got unpicked and they said to contact myntra and I contacted the customer support at least * times. After a week , I got a reply that your product cannot be returned as we assure quality. They said sorry, we will try to deliver better next time. I was like yeah OK, I will order it again. No problem .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
