I ordered a Tommy hilfiger jeans and received a wrong product I opened the package in front of the agent he told me to raise the complaint with the customer care I raised a request with customer support with complaint number IN******************** I was told that the company will look into it and get back to me the company reverted after * days that the correct product was shipped and can't do anything in this matter I again approached them saying I have cctv footage of me opening the package in front of the agent still they are saying they can't do anything in this matter
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
