On *th june ****, I ordered for a combo kurti in festive offer. I called for customer care and email them there is no response, after lot of time they replied to my mail but not even gave the apologies.Its only online pay amount has been paid and product also delivered but that product isn't what I has ordered its totally different from that so refund my money to my bank account number.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
