I have made an online purchase of Speria S* Pro mobile through phoneskart.in and paid **** INR in advance. Against same got a confirmation message from them. Today I received a wrong product Speria X*, poor quality product. But they have mentioned Speria S* pro on invoice and packed a wrong product inside. It's purely cheating. Kindly help me to change this product to what I ordered.
