I am writing regarding my order ID #******* **************.
I received the wrong product and have already uploaded clear video proof showing the issue. However, my return request has been declined without any valid reason.
This is highly disappointing, as I have provided proper evidence from my side. I request you to kindly review the submitted video proof again and approve my return along with a full refund of ₹**** at the earliest.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue further through consumer grievance platforms.
I expect a quick and fair resolution.
