I had placed an order on Nykaa for a perfume worth ₹**,***, but instead of the product I paid for, I shockingly received a Nykaa Wanderlust product worth only ₹***. The package I received was tampered with, which immediately raised doubts of fraud. When I contacted Nykaa’s customer care, they initially registered my complaint but later closed it without giving me any proper resolution. They outright refused to provide me with a refund, replacement, or even a fair investigation, and their representatives spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. They claimed to have “checked their footages” and simply concluded that nothing further could be done, even though I, as the customer, am clearly unsatisfied with the so-called resolution. This entire experience has caused me not only financial loss but also immense mental distress. I strongly feel this is not an isolated case, since I have seen several other customers sharing similar fraud experiences with Nykaa online. Therefore, I am demanding not only a full refund of my ₹**,*** but also compensation for the harassment, inconvenience, and fraudulent practices I was subjected to.
