Streetstylestore - Wrong product delivered

I first placed an order on ** December **** with streetstylestore.com. Firstly they did not deliver the product even after continuous reminders whereas I was in urgent need of the product by ** January. Thinking there must be some error in placing the order I cancelled the order. And placed a new one on ** January **** for the same product. This time I wrote an email requesting them to deliver it by ** January. They delivered it on ** January ****. However, a wrong product. The boots I ordered completely deferred by colour and material. I wrote an email to them explain and proving with evidence but it’s been * days I haven’t received any response from the party yet. The images down there, the Blood red boots is what I ordered while I received the maroon velvet boots which are available on the site worth inr ***.
