StreetStyleStore - Money deducted Order not getting placed nor received the refund of a damaged product

I had placed an order for a show at StreetStyleStore... The product received was damaged and hence I had to return. They did not have the same product in stock and refunded my amount in the SSS account. They refunded only *** while I had spent *** + ** (shipping charges). Post that I placed another order to use my *** credits. They charged me * rs but order was not placed. I have been trying to call them but it always shows busy. I even emailed them to refund me my entire money but no response. I finally got a message mentioning I will be receiving by *rs back so I purchased another one because I wanted to use the *** money asap before expiry. But yet again it has happened the same.
