Flipkart - Wrong Product Delivered

I ordered Philips juicer from Flipkart on **th September, on *th October the product was delivered, I wasn't present to receive the delivery. I got mixer grinder instead of juicer (whose mrp is much less than the amount I paid). On the same day, I raised the query with all supporting images for the replacement, two days later the request was rejected. Then I called customer care, they again raised the refund request, again it was declined. No use of customer support, they are so useless, not helpful, worthless. Two times my request was declined even though I uploaded everything whatever I had but still they are not accepting the return request. It's horrible, I have faced a lot of mental problem because of this, they aren't helping me out and it's creating a huge stress on me, very much bad impact on me.
