I ordered a fashionable garment on **th August **** bu Meesho application, which total price was ****/-.
On **st August, ****, I changed my mind and cancelled that product. As a result, in my application I have noticed present status as "cancelled".
But, on *th September, ****, delivery boy came to my home in my absence and forced my sister to receive the product and took the mentioned money as order was opted as COD.
Afterly, when the product was unboxed, we noticed there was few torn cloths which was not resemble with my product.
Now, this is my request, please suggest me the wayout by which I can get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
