Meesho.com - wrong product delivered seller not accepting return

I placed an order from meesho for a heavy embroidered yellow anarkali suit with dupatta set worth INR **** on **.*.****. What I received on **.*.**** was a completely different & wrong product - a very light, blue kurti worth INR ***-*** (not pressed, looks used plus I never ordered this). Due to this, I placed a return request in meesho immediately when I received the product, in the category - wrong product received. A courier guy came next day, he took the product from me, took the picture of product, uploaded in his app, but he was unable to submit it because the Quality Check failed. QC check said this product is different from the picture of the product ordered. So, he didn't pick up the product and he said that I should talk to customer care. I spoke to customer care, they said there was some confusion during pickup up process but now you can place another request, your product will be picked up. So I placed another request, again next day another courier guy came, he took the product and uploaded the picture but he also faced a failure due to QC failed. He also asked me to talk to customer care and didn't pick up the product. QC was failing because the product I was returning was not matching the the picture of the product I ordered. Now, how come this is my fault. Since the product is different that is the reason I'm returning na and meesho is not accepting it. I was very much frustrated and disappointed. I again spoke to customer care, they clearly said we won't be able to help you at all because QC is failing. You must return the same product as what you ordered. Now, please tell me how would I return something that I have never recieved and that is the reason I placed the return request in the wrong product delivered category.
Now, I have no fault here, meesho delivered wrong and sasta product to me and now they are not accepting the return. Either the seller delivered wrong product or the courier guy changed it, but I never recieved the correct product. So, from both the ends, I'm becoming a fool and victim and nobody is helping me. Now, I am so distressed, unable to sleep, my mental health is affecting because a fraud has happened with me, I paid INR **** for a product, they gave me some old product worth INR ***-***, this is totally a fraud and I'm a regular meesho customer. Meesho doesn't have any policy for such culprits and any team who could look into these matters closely. Why always a customer has to suffer. They are not showing any proofs to me if they have delivered the right product or not. What I want is the refund of the product and I will give back the wrong product that I have recieved.
