This is in regards to my Pepperfry Order#*********-DE*******-S-PM*****
I had ordered a wall shelf from pepperfry. But the product I received was completely different in terms of size, colour, shape, finish, so I raised a replacement request for this but they refused to replace the product because the money was paid using my Pepperfry cashback points. Now I want to understand just because I placed this order using my cashback points makes them eligible to send me a wrong product. Isn't it their responsibility to make sure that the right product is delivered to their customers and if they fail to do so then shouldn't they replace the product or refund me my cashback points.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
