I10earpods - Wrong Product Deliverd

I had ordered i** tws from i** earpods website and it was delivered by bluedart.
But the product which i was delivered was i*s tws which was of just *** and there is no way i can contact to i** earpods they send mail through no_reply account.
my Order number is #IEP*****
Please help me ASAP
