I10earpods - Wrong item was delivered

I had placed an order of i** earpods for Rs **** from https://i**earpods.com on * Feb. Instead, they sent me i*ws instead which is of just Rs ***.
They don't have any contact details and also they are not responding to any emails.
My order number is IEP*****.
