I placed an order on * April on Myntra (Order ID: #*********************). However, I received a wrong kurta set, although it belongs to the same brand (Weavlite), it is completely a different product from what I ordered.
I immediately raised a return request, but Myntra has repeatedly rejected my return, falsely stating that the correct product was delivered. This is completely unacceptable and shows negligence and lack of accountability.
I have already:
Raised multiple complaints with Myntra
Sent emails to their support and grievance team
Filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Complaint No: IN********************)
Despite all this, Myntra has failed to provide any resolution and is denying my legitimate refund.
This is a clear case of:
Deficiency in service
Unfair trade practice
Customer harassment
I have valid proof including product photos and invoice showing that the wrong item was delivered.
Relief Sought:
I request:
Full refund of ₹****
Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience
Immediate action against Myntra for such practices
