I ordered a * pack winter stoll +* assorted stoll free from homeshop on last week of october.. They didnot give any confirmatory message for successful booking but i called on homeshop number and they told it was booked. Got delivered on *nd november even though i got a message stating the delivery is delayed that same day * hour prior. I was surprised. And when opened it was a wrong delivery.. this was not the product we booked for.. so i called for the return of this product and in exchange for the original one which we ordered for . They said within **-** hours somebody will pick it up from your house . Since *nd , i have called on *th, *th,**th, **th and everytime i get the same reply.. on my last call i talked to a senior executive and asked what is the problem actually and then he told that the courier company is telling them that the consumer is not ready to give the product. I told him i have been calling since * weeks to return the product and how can u guys say that am not willing to give back the product.. it didnt make any sense. And they will sought the issue.. and again within **-** hrs somebody will come to pick up the item.. but that somebody has yet to come.. i am so irritated by all this.. they are making a fool out of us.. its not even about the money or the product anymore..

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
